GES Old Scholar searching old friends of 1957

Mr. Jeff Wright of South Australia accidentally stumbled on this site and is searching for his old friends of the year 1957 in Labuan. Jeff briefly studied in St. Anne's Convent and spent 3 years in GES Labuan.
I reproduce his mail below and hope someone might be able to assist Jeff. I also attached some of his photos to refresh past memories.

Hello,

My name is Jeff Wright, I just happened to stumble on the GES reunion web page and would like to make a couple of comments. I am Australian from Port Lincoln South Australia. In 1956 my father, Brian Wright got a contract working for the Labuan Government as a surveyor. He, my mother and 2 sisters lived there from 1956 to late 1959. In 1956 there was no English speaking school on the Island so I as a 6 years old was the only male to attend St Annes Convent which at that time was a girls school only. In 1957 the Government English School was built and I was one of the first students to attend. I was there for nearly 3 years. In 2003 I came back to Labuan for a visit but was unable to locate the school. Although I did find our old house near Membedai. I would love to hear from anybody who may have been at the school back in those days or see some old photos of the school or indeed any information at all. I have very fond memories of Labuan and intend to return in the not too distant future. Also of interest is the fact that my father a WW11 veteran started the Anzac Day services at the War5 Graves which have evolved into the Remembrance Day service held in November.

I am not sure how to post this to a blog so every one can see it so I am emailing this to you as a first contact.
